CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your trust in NUyou and value every client’s time. - We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% fee of the scheduled service total. - Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance. - Deposits become non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows. - Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay for future bookings. We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. We’re always happy to work with you whenever we can.
